Named in honor of several generations of Serranos in Old Town, Casa de Serrano features typical household goods of the mid-19th century.

Discover items made from the earth and adapted for modern day use such as terra cotta pots, wine carafes, vases, glazed dinnerware, majolica , painted ceramics, clay, platters, wall décor, bowls.

---Be sure to check out the Talavera plates at Casa de Serrano. In the early and mid 19th century Old Town residents would have acquired talavera from American trade ships that stopped off in Mexico after having made the long journey from Boston and around the tip of South America.
